Travel product chiefs on tech that works, those that didn’t and those that should
Tech leaders in travel were called on their views on travel tech share their thoughts. GlobalTix’s CEO and co-founder Chan Chee Chong thinks chat will win travellers over. He is excited to see how chatbots can transact by, for example, responding to users’ queries about driver locations with a Google Map of the driver. He believes there is a lot of room to grow in chatbots.
