New visitor app reveals ’the power of data’
This report talks about how aged care provider St Vincent’s Care Services used RateIt’s Zipline to manage compliance measures when Covid hit. The eldercare service, which serves 2,000 residents across 20 centres in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland, used the app to book and monitor visitors in line with ever-changing government requirements. Using the app has also given the centre visibility on previously untracked data such as visitor-flow trends, busier weekends and slower Mondays and Tuesdays. This allows them to roster staff to fit the flow.
